I’m Kamal Farid, a property developer and investor with a background in engineering and a passion for building long-term, meaningful value. My journey began in structural engineering, where I learned the importance of precision, planning, and integrity - principles that still guide every project I take on today.
Over the years, I’ve grown my work across a small group of companies, including Imperium Engineering, Imperium Fuels, TBM Merchants, and Imperium Dwellings. Each business plays a part in the wider vision I’m building. These give me a deep and practical understanding of how projects are designed, supplied, delivered, and managed. Together, they form the backbone of the way I approach development and investment.
Today, my focus is on creating high-quality property developments that I personally lead and invest in. When people join me as investors, they’re not just supporting a project - they’re partnering with someone who is fully committed, financially invested, and involved in every decision from start to finish. My approach is simple: I only take on developments I believe in, and I put my own money into everything I invite others to be part of.
